A holistic, integrative approach to mental health that combines ancient wisdom with contemporary insights.

This unique endeavor aims to provide youth aged 16-24 with a platform to express their experiences and perspectives through the compelling medium of graphic novels. Using the framework of the Modern Medicine Wheel, participants will delve into the four quadrants of health - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual; creating works of art indicative of their cultural heritages and views.
